Laser Coaching

Duration 3 months

This rigorous three-month program facilitates the development of current and up-and-coming leaders by offering practical guidance on optimizing their performance and identifying factors that hinder their effectiveness.  While cultures promoting feedback are beneficial, individuals often face inherent limitations in self-improvement efforts. The detailed insights and nuanced perspectives offered by professional coaches surpass what individuals can attain independently.
 

What to expect:

  • Three months of scheduled conversations – weekly via phone or video 

  • Three months of scheduled conversations – weekly via phone or video 

  • Peer Perspective Exchange Assessment - interviews and/or surveys with 5-8 critical constituents

  • Coaching Feedback Review

  • Post-Feedback Action Planning 

  • Coordination with Coachee Manager and/or Human Resource Support

  • Development Plan Review and Coaching Transition with Coach/Coachee/Manager
